Fall Favorites to say Thank You.

Tea, tunes, and thoughts to grow your gratitude.

Time to steep deep gratitude. While it’s something we can practice any and every day, life can get the best of us. It’s easy to get caught up in wishes and desires then feel like we are missing out on things.

Sometimes we have to pull ourselves up by the bootstraps. Look around, take a breath, and tap into that well of gratitude that springs up from the most unacknowledged places. It really is the little things and moments.

In that vein, I am setting you up for a hot date with gratitude. These are some of my favs to inspire an attitude of gratitude and get ready for the season.

And

If I don’t say it enough. Thank YOU. 🙏💖

Get a Gratitude Jar Going...

You can start by writing 10 things that spark your gratitude on a piece of paper and adding them to the jar. Each day before bedtime write your gratitude on a piece of paper and drop it in the jar

It’s okay to repeat! When you go through the jar those repeats will highlight what you appreciate the most.

It’s most important to do this on challenging days. The days you can’t find very much to be grateful for. Instead of focusing on what you don’t have. Focus on what you do.
